What if my credit isn't where it needs to be?
Apply anyway. Your strategy session includes a credit readiness review, and I can connect you with Credit Solutions resources to help you prepare. Many buyers are closer than they think.
Do I need 20% down to buy a home?
Not necessarily. Many loan programs allow a smaller down payment, and some buyers qualify for down payment assistance. A trusted lender will confirm the options available to you.
